The structure of the Park

With its 140 hectares, the Zoosafari di Fasano represents an authentic oasis of biodiversity and, in the spirit of modern zoos, plays an important role in the protection and safeguard of many species threatened with extinction.

The history of the park began in 1973 with only the wildlife part, the true heart of the Zoosafari, while in the following years it was decided to offer even more to visitors with adrenaline-filled attractions and rides for the whole family in the area that takes the name of Fasanolandia.

The Safari Park is one of the main attractions of the park. It is a road route of about 6 km where visitors can enter with their own car, camper or bus and admire the free animals in their natural environment. During the safari, you will have the opportunity to observe many species of animals up close, including giraffes, zebras, elephants, buffaloes, lions, tigers, rhinos and many others. The animals move freely in their habitat, and the visit is completely safe thanks to the park’s safety provisions.

The experience is truly unique, as it is not just a passive observation, but a real journey into an ecosystem that simulates wild life. The duration of the safari can vary depending on the speed at which you move and your curiosity for the animals, but on average it takes about 60-90 minutes to travel the route.
