This ancient farmhouse from the 1600s is located in Fasano and offers Oil Tasting Tours for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 60 people. The Tour lasts 1 hour + final tasting of 3 different types of extra virgin olive oil of their production.

Masseria Altemura
The estate, located within the production area of the DOC Primitivo di Manduria, offers various routes including their “Oil and Wine: The treasures of Salento”: an experience aimed at discovering the ancient oil production cycle , of the ancient Masseria and its flavours.
The visit begins at 9.30 at the suggestive Hypogeum Oil Mill of Torre Santa Susanna: visitors accompanied by a guide will have the opportunity to retrace and relive the ancient oil production cycle.
The experience then continues at Masseria Altemura. In addition to the vineyards and olive groves, the guest is accompanied to discover two extraordinary places: on one side the ancient 17th century Masseria, perfectly restored; on the other, the new sustainable winery inaugurated in 2012.
The visit ends at the table: the tasting menu gives the opportunity to taste four different olive oils produced in the area and four iconic wines from Masseria Altemura.
