Welcome to our section dedicated to the typicals masserie of Puglia, one of the most fascinating and significant expressions of the rural tradition of this region.
Originally built to accommodate farmers and families involved in managing the land, the masserie are today custodians of an authentic culture that has its roots in agriculture, but which has been able to transform itself into real places of hospitality, elegance and charm. These buildings, often isolated and immersed in nature, represent the heart of the Puglia countryside and have become over time a symbol of hospitality and sustainable tourism that rediscovers the value of tradition.
The masserie of the Itria Valley, one of the most famous areas of Puglia, are among the best known and loved by visitors as they are located in a hilly landscape, often surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and vineyards from which the most renowned local wines are produced.
Thanks to the unique and romantic panorama and context in which they are located, the masserie have become in recent years true wedding destinations loved by newlyweds, who decide to celebrate the most important day of their lives right here.
